A stunning, just-plucked-from-the-garden rose chintz bergère chair that John purchased from an auction house in upstate New York. “I love the luxuriant polished cotton that wraps the wood frame with dewy roses,” says John. “And the seat cushion (a super soft down/feather blend) adds just that right amount of relaxed glamour. Layer-in the floral motifs that punctuate the frame, and the mix is absolutely electric.” Please note that there is some slight wear and tear to the wood frame legs but that lived-in look only adds to the chair’s timeless mystique.
